Southern Isle Beachfront

This bespoke Omaha beachfront interior, designed by Katie Lockhart, required meticulous planning and execution to meet both aesthetic and coastal performance demands.

All new timber cabinetry was fully dismantled, with each component individually primed and sealed on every face before reassembly and final finishing — ensuring long-term durability in the beachfront environment. Timber windows were carefully sealed, and interior masonry walls were repainted to create a cohesive, refined finish.

We also completed kitchen renovation plastering, specialist bathroom coatings including the shower and basin areas, and worked carefully around custom teak cabinetry. Collaborating closely with tilers, cabinetmakers, carpenters, designers and electricians, the project was delivered in time for Christmas — a highly detailed interior finished to a premium standard.
