This Point Wells estuary waterfront home received a full exterior repaint designed to both elevate its appearance and strengthen its protection against the coastal environment. Thorough preparation was carried out to address salt exposure and ensure long-term performance.

The timber was finished in Resene Woodsman, with weatherboards in Smoky Ash and Rice Cake, paired with crisp white joinery to create a clean, refined contrast. The result is a timeless coastal finish with depth, durability and a premium standard of workmanship throughout.
